Want to make a return?

At Loversland, you're entitled to a 30-day return/exchange window once you receive your package. We do not provide free return shipping labels and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like to return an item simply post it to:

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within 3-5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase.

Received a faulty item?

We are sincerely sorry if you have experienced any faults with your Loversland purchase. We are more than happy to assist. Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you on the next steps for a refund or replacement item. Please send us a photo and description of the fault and your order number along with your preferred solution (refund or replacement) so we can speed up the process.
